Day 13 of your “Journey into Self Love, Gratitude and Joy ”
Today, let’s look our relationship to our body. The way we feel about our physical body really affects our confidence and how we show up in the world. The better relationship we have with our body, the better relationship with have with ourselves and others. (And it’s ok if right now you don’t love your body as it is, we are going to support you to move through the healing of this relationship)
Here’s an example of my personal relationship with my body right now:
- I nourish my body well with organic food and drinks
- I move my body through yoga, dance and hiking, and other ways that feel good for me.
The question for today is….
How are you looking after your body right now, and what is your relationship wot your body? Write down 11 ways that you look after your body, and how it serves your relationship with your body.
I invite you to take some time to answer this question, feel what’s coming up and allowing yourself to support YOURSELF and Love YOU as you go through this process.
