Today, let’s look at how we are valuing ourselves ~ Self Value.
Here’s an example of how I value myself:
- I nourish my body with organic food and drinks, and I move my body daily, so that I keep my physical health and well-being at its optimal level
- I am very aware of my thoughts, and by creating awareness around my mindset, I create a reality that reflects my authentic truth
- I honor my feelings and this creates a safe space for me to acknowledge that how I feel is important and valid.
