Be grateful for the person that you are. Your presence is truly a gift to the world. There is no one else like you and what you have to offer the world is truly valuable and unique.
Show yourself compassion and be gentle with yourself especially during those times when you feel you’ve made a mistake or let another person down. Celebrate your WINS/SUCCESSES in life – everything that you’ve experienced both good and bad to get you to where you are. Remember the times where you thought you wouldn’t get through a challenging situation and yet you did because you refused to give up and give in to it.

When we hear the world indulge we think we are being “naughty” or that we need to do more before we can indulge in our own personal health and wellness.
