Day 12 of your “Journey into Self Love, Gratitude and Joy ”
Today, let’s look at the self care practices that support us on our journey. When we take the time to indulge in SELF-CARE, we assist ourselves in moving forward on our journey in more powerful and positive ways with love, joy, peace and fulfilment.
Here’s an example of my personal self-care practices:
- I take a bath at least 5-6 times a week with my favourite essential oils and beautiful salts
- I move my body everyday through Yoga, hiking and dancing.
