Day 15 of your “Journey into Self Love, Gratitude and Joy ”
Today, let’s look at our relationship to our feelings and emotions. The more we allow ourselves to feel our feelings, the better we feel about our life. And when we feel our feelings we experience healing on a very deep level. (And it’s ok if right now you don’t feeling your feelings, we are going to support you to move through the healing of this relationship to your emotions)
Here’s an example of my personal relationship with my feelings right now:
- I allow myself to feel my feelings, and I know that it serves my highest good and the highest good of all involved.
- I tune into how I feel in each moment
The question for today is….
Are you allowing yourself to feel your feelings right now? If so, why or why not?
Write down 11 ways that you can support yourself to feel your feelings. e.g. talk to a friend, journal etc.
I invite you to take some time to answer this question, feel what’s coming up and allowing yourself to support YOURSELF and Love YOU as you go through this process.
