Protecting your energy field requires your awareness that everything around you is “Energy”. You feel this energy at times even before meeting someone. You feel this energy all around you – when you walk into a home, when you get into a car, wherever you are and whatever you are doing, you are feeling these subtle energies around you. Oftentimes when you are feeling these energies, you attach to it or it attaches to it. You start feeling anxious, dizzy, worried and fearful – even when you might have not been in that vibration earlier or prior to that situation.
To protect your energetic vibration, be conscious and aware in every moment. This requires your consciousness and your beingness in any given moment. What I mean by this, is that when you step out into the world be consciously aware and observe
- what your thoughts are in the moment
- how your body is feeling
- what is in your heart
- what is your connection to Spirit/Divine in the moment
When you can keep the vibration in your heart, body, mind and spirit at a high vibration then you instantly have put a protective energy field around you.
Just by being in that high vibration state – your heart, mind, body and spirit are aligned and you have created a beautiful bubble of white light around you to protect you.
You might also ask, how do I get out of the low vibration when I have gone into it. This I say to you, When you have gone into that low vibration feeling because it’s from an attachment to another person or your own low vibration thoughts and feelings, a few ways to get out of that and raise your vibration includes:
1. Creating awareness
When you start feeling worry or fear and you know it’s not yours, create awareness and ask yourself, is this mine? When the answer is NO? Then you can see it clearly and let it go. However, if the answer is YES, you have an opportunity to process it even deeper, heal it and then let it go.
If it is yours, you can ask yourself – Why am I feeling this?Where is this coming from?Who do I need to talk to or process it with so I can let it go? What are the steps I need to take so I can move forward?
When you have honestly answered those questions, then you can move forward in a more powerful and positive way.
2. Your willingness to look at the situation no matter how difficult
Your willingness to look at the situation without suppressing or wishing it away, you then release its power and hold over you. You allow yourself to process it, release its power over you, heal it and then let it go from your life. Your mere awareness of what’s happening then gives you more power in the present moment. You create the space to open yourself up to the opportunity to heal what you can in that moment and then move forward so that it no longer has a hold on you.
The key to protecting your energy field is to maintain and stay in that high vibration feeling. You do this by really watching and being aware of what you put in your body, what you put in your mind, what emotions you choose to focus on and what you nourish your soul with. When all of this is aligned – your BODY, HEART, MIND and SOUL – you are putting a protective white light of energy around your field and that will protect you when you go out into the world.
That protective bubble of white light, will only let in LOVE because that is what you are emanating from within. Remember, that which you are, you will attract.”
